A research paper by general surgery resident Emily Huang, M.D. (pictured right), entitled "From Novice to Master Surgeon: Improving Feedback with a Descriptive Approach to Intraoperative Assessment," was chosen by the Association for Surgical Education (ASE) Program Committee as a Paper of Distinction.
